We need experienced developers who will be able to create, programme and deliver effective info tech solutions for our clients both in Singapore and in India.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Conceptualise and develop effective software solutions for our clients
  • Project manage and meet deadlines as determined by your team/teams
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum of 3 yrs. experience in web application development such as ASP.NET, VB.NET, Web Services, Ajax, .Net Framework 3.5
  • Experience in Visual Studio 2008
  • Experience in SQL Server 2008 Database, must be well versed with SQL queries and stored procedures
  • Experience in Telerik RAD tools is an advantage
  • Experience in full SDLC cycle will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge in .Net WCF, WWF, LINQ and Reporting Services is an advantage
  • Knowledge in Object Oriented Software Design with patterns is an advantage
  • Must be able to independently carry out development work accordingly to requirement or specification provided

Software Sales Consultant

As our Singapore operations continue to grow we need an experienced Software Sales Consultant to take responsibility for managing and driving sales activity including inbound and outbound campaigns, events, trial prospects and lead generation. This role will also involve assisting with the development, implementation and analysis of sales campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Sell business applications software/solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers
  • Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning
  • Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application
  • Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale.
  • Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers
  • Should have handled and have good market knowledge of Singapore
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 2-3 years with proven experience selling enterprise and software solutions in the mid-market space
  • New Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Experience with Power Base Selling Methodology, Solution Selling or similar program desired
  • Knowledge and/or experience of selling into Accounting, CRM, ERP, POS, Inventory. HR and Payroll
  • Highly developed selling, customer relations and negotiation skills. Successful sales track record
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Presentation skills
